Conan Doyle's character, everyone should be more familiar with him , he is - Sherlock · Holmes! The reason I like Sherlock Holmes should be same with some ordinary people--- because he has become justice, wisdom, brave incarnation, become a detective to help people win over the criminal and to promote justice . He is one world famous detective. "Four Signs", "Return Records", "Terrorist Valley" and so on are all Konan Doyle’s most famous stories.
And just because successful shaping detective character "Sherlock·Holmes" ,Conan Doyle, British novelist , become one of the most important novelists in the detective novel history. So i am very attracted to his novel and this summer holiday i just finished anther novel of the adventures of Sherlock Holmes ---the hound of the Baskervilles .
The novel is mainly about a murder .There is a legend that a hound used to kill people in the Baskervilles family. Holmes wanted to know more about it because Doctor James asked him for help. During the case, Charles Baskervilles died and the cause of his death may be the hound. After watching the situation in a small house for a period of time, Holmes found the murderer and he is going to murder Sir Henry Baskervilles. Sherlock Holmes, Doctor Watson and Henry Baskervilles killed the hound at last and the murderer who wanted to get the money of the family finally died in the marsh.
Just from the novel , i want to say i was totally attracted by him .He is a so brave, high thin figure, such as a pair of eagles, sparkler, plus his quick thinking and accurate judgment, what made him become my heart most admire figure!He is so good at searching and discovering that he can easily give you the explanation of the things happened just now. Sherlock Holmes is such a person. His praiseworthy judgment ability, only Conan can be equated with!
I worship him, not just because of his extraordinary judgment and thinking, but because he is a man that change impermanence! Even his most intimate Watson don't know, every day he would be very late, but a met to his excited case, he will always stay up until before dawn of the next morning, and even don't sleep for a night, he may one day in low spirits, also may stay in the laboratory, are more likely to go out running up certain ring. Because often touching those chemicals, his hands are like a drowned mouse. In short, his life is no habit, (even I this Holmes fan saw several times are not know! He always give me a kind of touched opaque feeling, how do we also don't know how he guessed the murderer, perhaps this is the charm of the characters in the novel.
I also have seen many other detective novels , but only to the Sherlock Holmes short tales fondle admiringly, this is why? Maybe for its character's personality characteristics of finely characterization ;maybe for its classic reasoning and gripping processes ;maybe just for the not too perfect figure...
When open this book,the hound of the Baskervilles , I as if having came into the end of the 19th century London, to a deep fog Baker Street, and with Sherlock Holmes together, to poke heavy fog, find the truth. It is a very exciting story shows how clever Sherlock Holmes is. Thanks to Konan Doyle, we can read a lot of good detective stories now. And Holmes charm, only in you read can fully reflect.
