Recently i have read a book ,The Phantom of the Opera ,which is written by Andrew Lloyd Webber , who was the English renowned musical composer . His classical musical has "Cat", "Ai Weita", "Opera house Demon Shade", "Giant star Jesus Christ" and so on. This book was really welcome and it had been taken into the stage with several ways after it was published out .

The book mainly describes for 19th century to occur in the French Paris opera house love story. In the opera house cave deep place lived a facial expression to be ugly, to wear the music talent with the mask, actually had great learning, for many years he had mysteriously appeared and disappeared . In having no intention, the ugly man (people call him Opera ghost )  discovered a beautiful girl Christine , who had lost her parents and always believes the words her father told her before he died -----he will sent a music angle to her , had the uncommon talent beautiful sound,  what let him excited . So he decided to train the young appearance beautiful girl Christine into a chief soprano . All things were seem to go smoothly ,However, most starts from to the spiritual stratification plane love of music, actually gradually transforms into intensely holds the desire. So when the vicomte de chagny Raoul appeared , O.G began Planning and implementing of taking away Christine  or against Raoul’s behaviors ....

After reading the book , i thought a lot and the mostly is about the beauty and ugliness . As is known to all , that is true ,Love of beauty is human's nature . So if O.G don’t have that ugly appearance , he could not be made fun of those people when he was young 、 stayed under the opera for many years and if do not have the childhood sweethearts the vicomte de chagny Raoul ,there is much possibilities that Christine will full love with O.G finally and that would be anther deed praised far and wide. But everything do not have so many possibilities , and we have no right to change the ending . However , just as the book’s plot , if we could say that we can define someone only for his appearance ?

Obviously , the answer is wrong .In my opinion , everyone is the best work by the god ,so no matter you are pretty or ugly , you should face it with a common mentality . You are you , your appearance could not decided anything . Just as the character Signora Carlotta Giudicelli in the book , who was the opera leading soprano for five seasons , that is ture that she has the actual strength . But her arrogant character has lower her position in the audiences thought . So If you are pretty ,you could not show a notch above the others because this is not worth to show off . Of course , if you are not pretty , or even could be defined into ugly , that is not your fault , there is no necessary to be self-abased . You should believe everything is fair , just like a saying goes that if the god closes the door ,he must let a window opened for you . Just taking the leading character O.G for an example , Even though he was so ugly appearance , we should not ignore the fact that he is a genius too ! Not only is he an architect and designer but also a composer and a magician . Just let us make another hypothesis , if the genius  lives in our world , not saying his remarkable abilities , with his unique voice ,i can say he would not be a common people . What is more , with the advance science technology , it is not a hard task to give him a pretty appearance.

.And to tell the truth , at the first of the book , i really like the O.G . He is so mysterious and attractive that i have several questions about him . And more read , i felt , more sympathy about him . I always think that the ugly appearance is not his fault , why do people always laugh at him ? Why do people could not accept him ? Why do people always look him a ghost ! ? Why ? Of course , although I am a little preference on the O.G ,i would still point out his problem ----when  Christine’s childhood sweethearts Raoul appeared ,he really began to crazy gradually . He could not accept Christine leaving him and he became alone too , so what he could do is take her into his world .in faith , When i read the chapters that O.G Elian asked Christine to make a choice : or with he together, or perish together (including all the opera house) , In all my thought that Elian , the psychological people could not may pass the innocent . Surprisingly ,  the final Elvis made Christine  stay together with Raoul , but let himself die in solitude ...  this ending skillfully to strengthen our readers for the O.G sympathy . What is more , it also suggest that our favourite character O.G had became a good guy and his soul is going to be pure .  This moment, Christin didn't fall in love with him is not important, our readers only got that the phantom of the opera’s heart had out of darkness, and into the new life.

Of course , this is only my personal views, just as a famous saying says, "ten thousand people's minds have ten thousand Hamlet".But as far as i am concerned , this book Is really worth a look .
